On June, 26th 2009 UNESCO declared the Dolomites lime-containing Geisler mountains in Villnöß as one of the most beautiful landscapes of the world. The Villnöß valley is one of the side valleys of the Eisack valley and contains the villages of Teis, St. Peter, St. Magdalena, St. Valentin, St. Jakob and Coll.Land of the pale mountains

Old historic churches and chapels invite you to pause and get quiet, the nature visitor center in St. Magdalena and the mineral museum are well beloved among our visitors. The closeby cities of Klausen, Brixen and Bozen with its famous Ötzi mummy are well worth a visit. South Tyrol offers something for everyone.

Winter wonderland
Villnöß in South Tyrol guarantees winter fun for everyone.
We’re counting about 300 sunny days within the year and snow is pretty much guaranteed as well. Our nearby ski resorts are St. Magdalena in Villnöß, Plose by Brixen, Seiser Alm, and Gröden. Beginner slopes, snowparks, halfpipes, and well lit night slopes all included.
No matter your skiing skills, whether that’s going down plow style or in elegant turns, whether you’re still struggling with balance or are able to impress with a front-flip: Here you’ll find snow fun for every skiing or snowboarding level.

Our cuisine is sunny, mild, down to earth and at the same time full of passion.It is traditional yet open for gentle impulses from around the world.
