Our apartment studios have been designed with lots of love and an eye for detail. The rooms are filled with natural sunlight and feel both modern as well as cozy. Your ideal place to unwind during the holidays.

Check in / check out times
Check in time for our apartments is anytime after 3pm. We kindly ask you to check out by 9.30am on the day of departure.

Terms and conditions
The listed prices are per day per apartment.
Child-Friendly Amenities: We provide you with a crib, high chair, and baby monitor free of charge.
Facilities: Towels, dishcloths, bed linens, and table linens are provided to you at no additional cost and can be changed as needed. Heating, electricity, waste disposal, water, and sewage fees are included in the price.
For stays of fewer than four nights, a surcharge of 5 euros per person per day applies.
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 150-euro deposit per week. Please understand that this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, the full price for the reserved period will be charged.
You can settle your bill with cash or by check.
Upon request, you may bring a dog for an additional fee of 15 euros per day and a one-time 50,- Euro charge for final cleaning, payable on-site. Please contact us before making your reservation if you’re planning to bring your dog.
Reservation Information
Starting from January 1, 2015, we are legally required to collect a local tourist tax per person per night for all individuals aged 14 years and older (Currently 2.00 Euro).
Deposit: Your reservation will be confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Additionally, the cancellation policy outlined below applies:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made within 1 month of the scheduled arrival or in the case of a last-minute departure, a fee equivalent to 3 days’ stay will be charged.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash.
Since the end of 2022, it is no longer permissible in Italy to make payments exceeding 4,999.99 Euro in cash.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy in accordance with Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code (ZGB)
Please note that under Italian consumer law the guest does not have any cancellation rights. Nevertheless, we do grant you the option to cancel your reservation under the following cancellation conditions as per Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code (ZGB):
No cancellation fees are applicable if you cancel up to 1 month before your scheduled arrival date. However, for cancellations made within 1 month of the scheduled arrival or in the case of a last-minute departure, a fee equivalent to 3 days’ stay will be charged.
In the case of a no-show or early departure, the full booking amount for the entire reserved period will be charged.
Please inform us ahead of time if you will have to cancel your stay with us.
